Tweed SG Members in the Great Outdoors
At the July meeting of the Tweed SG, Mike Gates from PoleAbout
International Network explained the benefits of Pole Walking to
the group and invited us to try Polewalking. Six of our group
plus partners headed to his fitness centre where he carefully
spent time with each of us putting us through the paces.

Happy Polewalkers
As you can see by the happy faces everyone thoroughly enjoyed
the experience. Mike lent our walkers poles free of charge and
made sure that everyone was happy.
Isn't it nice in this day and age to see that someone really cares.
