Unity Walk 2009

The Parkinson's Unity Walk started 17 years ago in New York's Central Park. Last year we held our second Unity Walk in Sydney, along with Parkinson's Victoria who walked for the first time in Melbourne.

A BIG THANK YOU to everyone who participated in Australia's Unity Walk for Parkinson's 2009. The event drew 1614 attendees, an increase of 61% on the inaugural event of 2008 and to date it has raised a fantastic $114,000 net for Parkinson's research and people with Parkinson's but there is more to come.
