Melanie Browning has been appointed to the new role of Client Service Team Leader for Parkinson’s NSW.
Melanie is highly experienced, having been with Parkinson’s NSW for more than nine years. Prior to her current role, she held the key positions of Support Group Coordinator, NDIS Support Coordinator, and NDIS Advocate. She has a Bachelor of Social Science in Social Welfare from Charles Sturt University.
Melanie has leveraged her education and experience to provide hands-on support for individuals and families affected by Parkinson’s disease. Her passion for social welfare and commitment to making a positive impact have been evident throughout her tenure at Parkinson’s NSW.
She has played a significant role in the organisation’s initiatives, including the establishment of the NDIS service for people diagnosed with Parkinson’s under the age of 65.
Outside of work, Melanie enjoys spending time with her family and three boys and appreciates the natural beauty of the Northern Beaches of Sydney, where she resides.
